Cancellation policy

At Kooky Kibble New Zealand, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers. Please review our policy below if you need to cancel your purchase options.

Subscription Orders:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled shipment by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.

    • Cancellations made after an order has been processed or shipped cannot be stopped, and the order will be delivered as scheduled.

  2. Pausing or Modifying Your Subscription

    • You can pause, skip, or modify your subscription anytime through your account settings.

    • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

One-Time Orders:

  • Order Cancellation

    • If you need to cancel a one-time order, don't hesitate to contact customer service within 12 hours of placing your order.

    • Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot cancel it.

Refunds & Returns for Canceled Orders:

  • If your order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return Policy.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipment) will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
