Subscription Orders:

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled shipment by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.

Cancellations made after an order has been processed or shipped cannot be stopped, and the order will be delivered as scheduled.

Pausing or Modifying Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, or modify your subscription anytime through your account settings.

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

If you need to cancel a one-time order, don't hesitate to contact customer service within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot cancel it.

Refunds & Returns for Canceled Orders:

If your order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipment) will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
