Order Processing and Preparation

Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 working days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for orders vary depending on the weight of the package and the shipping destination. These rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Free Shipping Thresholds:

  • Orders delivered within New Zealand (excluding Canterbury) are eligible for free standard shipping on orders over $60 via Post Haste and Mainstream NZ.

  • Orders delivered within the Canterbury region are eligible for free standard shipping on orders over $70 via Post Haste and Mainstream NZ.

  • Please note that with-grain products for cats and dogs are not eligible for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Kooky Kibble is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters.

Regional Shipping Days

To ensure that our products arrive at their destinations in the best possible condition, we have established different shipping days for certain regions in New Zealand. These shipping days are based on the estimated transit time to each region and may vary depending on the courier used. Here are the estimated shipping days for each region:

  • Auckland: Delivery within 1–2 business days
  • North Island: Delivery within 2–3 business days
  • South Island: Delivery within 3–5 business days

Please note that these estimated shipping days are based on business days and exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may also vary based on the courier and the shipping option selected by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Customers may also log in to their account on our website to view order status and tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Kooky Kibble is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost during transit. If a package is lost or damaged, customers should contact the courier to file a claim. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving any issues related to damaged or lost packages.

Pick Up Option

We also offer a convenient pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our location in Papamoa Beach, Papamoa. To choose the Pick Up option, simply select it during the checkout process. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification via email with instructions on how to collect your items. Please note that orders will typically be ready for pick up within 1 business day of purchase. Our friendly staff will be ready to assist you during our regular business hours.
