Terms & Conditions (December 2025)

1. Campaign Period

1.1 The Kooky Kibble β€œ12 Days of Krismas Giveaway” runs from December 13 to December 24, 2025.
1.2 Only orders placed within New Zealand during this period are eligible.
1.3 Orders must be successfully completed (payment confirmed) within the promo dates to qualify.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is open to all customers residing in New Zealand.
2.2 Customers must purchase the specific product assigned for each day to qualify for the draw.
2.3 Each completed order equals one entry. Multiple orders on the same day count as separate entries.
2.4 No repeat winners: a customer can only win once during the 12 Days of Krismas campaign.
2.5 Kooky Kibble employees, partner agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. Daily Product Assignment

3.1 Each day of the campaign has one featured product eligible for the giveaway.
3.2 Only orders containing that product on the correct date will be included.
3.3 If no qualifying orders were placed for that day’s product, the product will move to the next day’s draw.

4. How to Join

4.1 Customers automatically join by purchasing the featured product on the assigned day.
4.2 No separate registration is required.
4.3 Discounted or promotional orders are still eligible.
4.4 Cancelled, refunded, or failed orders will not be included.

5. Draw Process & Winner Criteria

5.1 All valid orders for the previous day’s product will be exported and reviewed.
5.2 One winner will be selected using a random selection tool to ensure fairness.
5.3 Winner Criteria:

  • Must be a valid, completed order for the eligible product.
  • Customer must not have already won another draw during the campaign.
  • Order total must be $100 or more (excluding shipping fees).
  • Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or invalid will be excluded.
    5.4 The draw will be conducted on the next day after all orders are confirmed.
    5.5 If the draw date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be moved to the next business day.
    5.6 If the draw cannot be completed due to technical issues, Kooky Kibble may reschedule with prior notice.

6. Prize Details

6.1 The prize is a refund of the product purchase price of the winning order.
6.2 Maximum refund amount: The prize is capped at $500 per winner, regardless of the total order value.
6.3 Shipping fees are not included in the refund unless required by local regulations.
6.4 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during checkout.
6.5 Refund release timing may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
6.6 The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into another item or credit.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

7.1 Winners will receive an email using the address provided in their order.
7.2 Kooky Kibble will post the winners on its official social media pages.
7.3 Winner names will be shown with limited information (e.g., β€œMaria P.” or β€œJames – Auckland”).
7.4 Customers are responsible for providing correct contact information during checkout.
7.5 Winners are encouraged to repost or share their win on social media and tag Kooky Kibble to help spread the excitement.

8. Refund & Claiming Guidelines

8.1 Refunds will be processed automatically for confirmed winners.
8.2 Refunds for Shop Pay Installments or similar services depend on the third-party provider.
8.3 If a winning order is refunded or cancelled before the draw, it becomes invalid and a new winner may be drawn.

9. Fair Play Rules

9.1 Fraudulent behaviour such as fake orders or duplicate accounts may result in disqualification.
9.2 Kooky Kibble reserves the right to verify order validity.
9.3 Kooky Kibble may cancel or modify the giveaway if unforeseen issues occur.

10. Use of Customer Information

10.1 By joining, customers agree that their first name and general location may be used for winner announcements.
10.2 Personal data will be handled according to Kooky Kibble’s Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptance of Terms

11.1 Joining the campaign confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 Kooky Kibble may update or clarify these rules at any time, with announcements posted on official channels.
