Terms and Conditions
Commitment Period: The Annual Plan for Kooky Kibble New Zealand Cat Kibbles (""Annual Plan"") includes a 12-month commitment period from the date of enrollment.
Locked-In Pricing: By opting for the Annual Plan, you benefit from locked-in pricing at the rate of $44.99 per month for 12 consecutive months.
Annual Plan Auto Renewal: Your Annual Plan will be automatically renewed for another 12-month commitment period when your initial 12-month term ends. The new rate may be subject to potential price adjustments, however, will still be at a more favourable rate than our other payment options. This allows you to continue enjoying locked-in pricing and convenience for the next 12-month period. Should you want to cancel the next cycle, please let us know at least 30 days before your Annual Plan renewal date.
Early Cancellation: You can only cancel the Annual Plan if you have more than three months left on your Annual Plan (this is because you essentially get 3 bags FOC on this plan). Should you decide to cancel your Annual Plan before the 12-month commitment ends, you will need to pay the difference between the price per bag on our Annual plan and a One-Off Purchase, multiplied by the number of bags that have been delivered. The remaining amount will then be refunded to you.
Cancellation Process: To cancel your Annual Plan, you must contact our customer support team through the provided channels. Cancellations cannot be processed through the website or automated systems. You may contact us via email at sayhello@kookykibble.co.nz or through direct message on Facebook or Instagram at @kookykibbleconz. We must formally acknowledge receipt of your request via email in order to confirm and process your early cancellation.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation of the Annual Plan, you will no longer receive monthly deliveries, and your account will revert to standard pricing and delivery options.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change. Customers will be notified of any changes to the cancellation policy in advance.
By selecting the Annual Plan, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions regarding cancellations. Please review these terms carefully before enrolling in the Annual Plan.
