2. Add the featured product to your order

Fill your cart with all the Kooky Kibble items you like, but make sure to include at least one of each day’s featured item.

3. Complete your purchase

Orders must be completed and paid for in full to qualify for the daily draw.

If you win, we will refund the entire value of your qualified order, excluding shipping fees. Take this opportunity to stock up—the bigger your cart, the bigger your potential prize!

Terms and Conditions

Duration & Eligibility

• Promo runs December 13–24, 2025 (12 days).
• Orders must be placed and fully paid within these dates.
• Open to all residents of New Zealand aged 18 and above.
• Valid for both subscription and one-time purchases.

Entry Requirements

• The order must include the exact Featured Product of the Day.
• Each valid, completed order equals one entry.
• Multiple orders on the same day count as separate entries.
• Discounted and promotional orders are still valid.
• Cancelled, refunded, or failed orders will not be included.
• No repeat winners — customers may only win once throughout the promo.

Prize Details & Refund Cap

• One (1) daily winner for 12 days.
• Refund applies to the total purchase price of the items only (shipping excluded).
• Maximum refund amount: NZD $500 per order.
• If an order exceeds $500 worth of items, only $500 will be refunded.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Refund timing may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment service.

Draw Process & Winner Announcement

• The draw for each day’s entries will be done the next business day after orders are confirmed.
• If the draw falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will move to the next business day.
• Winners will be announced publicly on our social media pages after lunch NZ time.
• Winners will also receive an email using the address provided in their order.
• Only limited name information will be shown (e.g., “Maria P.” or “James – Auckland”).

General Conditions

• Orders cancelled or significantly modified before shipment are disqualified.
• Orders must meet the minimum order requirement of $100 (excluding shipping fees) to qualify for the draw.
• Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be removed from the draw.
• If no valid qualifying orders are submitted for a day, that day’s featured product will move to the next day's draw.
• Kooky Kibble reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if needed.
