How long is the e-savings card valid?
Each e-savings card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance must be used within that period.
What happens if I don’t use the full amount?
Any remaining balance stays on the e-savings card and can be used on future purchases within the 3-year validity period.
Can I use multiple e-savings cards in one transaction?
Yes. You can apply multiple e-savings card codes during checkout, as long as they have an available balance.
Can the e-savings card be used on sale items or subscriptions?
Yes 🤎 e-Savings Cards can be used on one-time purchases, first-time subscription (AutoDelivery) orders, and sale items. They can't be applied to existing subscriptions. If your order total exceeds the card value, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
What if I order an e-savings card and physical products together?
If you buy an e-savings card and physical items in one order:
- The e-savings card will show as Fulfilled (sent by email).
- The physical items will show as Unfulfilled until shipped.
Your order may appear as Partially Fulfilled — this is normal 🤎
What happens if I return an item purchased with an e-savings card?
If an order (or part of it) is refunded, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original e-savings card first, before any other payment method used.
Can I use an e-savings card and a discount code in the same transaction?
Yes 🤎 You can apply an e-savings card together with a valid discount code in the same order.
